Stage 1: Project Planning
We work intensely with our client to manufacture a customized calendar and letter package with a focus on health and wellness. Eight different packages are designed for individual business units within the company. One key parameter in this project is time: we only have two weeks to print, prepare, and distribute 50,000 packages. Also, the project runs through the Thanksgiving holiday, creating some extraordinary mail scheduling requirements.

Stage 2: Print Production
Eight different calendars go to press, varying in volume from a few hundred to several thousand. Although the calendars are built on the same template, each displays unique branding for each business unit. Letters and cards designed to accompany the calendars are printed in parallel.

Stage 3: Data Integration
The destinations of the packages include individual homes as well as dozens of offices around the country, each receiving various quantities of the final product. We prepare the client-submitted destination data to match against a variable quantity of branded calendar, letters, and cards.

Stage 4: Package Customization
50,000 calendars are hand-packed according to the needs of each business unit.

Stage 5: Distribution
Packages are mailed to individuals in the most cost-effective method possible. Bulk shipments to selected office locations are shipped out in tandem.

Conclusion:
A large and complicated combination of printed materials reaches its audience on time.
