Stage 1: Project Planning
The client needs to reach several thousand of its U.S. and Canadian employees with a customized calendar/newsletter combination on a tight deadline. In addition, the mail pieces must reach their intended audience simultaneously.

Stage 2: Print Production
Due to unexpected complications, final artwork is approved only four days before the mailing must go out the door. Global Printing goes to press on Monday, printing thousands of calendars, newsletters, and envelopes in a single day.

Stage 3: Distribution
A day later, on Tuesday, Global Printing addresses 17,000 envelopes, some designed for the U.S. and some for Canadian postage. On Wednesday all envelopes are stuffed with a customized combination of U.S. and Canadian content. The envelopes are then hand-checked for accuracy and the first truckloads leave Global Printing that evening.

Conclusion:
Thousands of employees receive their internal communications simultaneously and on deadline.
