Stage 1: Project Planning
A major industrial firm is looking to centralize the production and shipping of human resources materials for its offices around the country. Global Printing provides a solution whereby individual offices can order the latest version of documents which are printed and delivered on demand.

Stage 2: Web and Database Development
Global Printing builds a proprietary web-based system on behalf of the client. Branch office HR heads around the country have over 40 choices of documents to request, depending on their location and employee type. Orders are then sent to corporate headquarters for approval.

Stage 3: Printing and Distribution
Once approved, orders are sent to Global Printing for on-demand printing and delivery. Because documents are submitted by corporate headquarters as change are made, the client can be sure that employees will see the latest official version of the necessary documents.

Conclusion:
The client prints only the HR materials it needs, when its employees need it.
