Stage 1: Project Planning
This project is unique because it requires a constant flow of data to produce personalized advisory letters to be mailed directly to patients following a doctor’s visit. In order for the communications to be effective, the letters have to be customized to the patients’ needs and reach them within days of their appointment. Also, the whole process must be designed for security and accuracy to protect the privacy of sensitive medical information.

Stage 2: Data Integration
Global Printing works with the client to build a secure, continuous data feed yielding a personalized letter ranging from two to ten pages in length.

Stage 3: Print Production
Each day the client submits new patient data to be printed on demand the same day.

Stage 4: Distribution
After the documents are printed and inserted into envelopes, they are individually hand-checked to ensure 100% accuracy. After the quality control process is complete, the letters are mailed out that night.

Conclusion:
Thousands of patients and doctors receive personalized advisory letters immediately following a trip to the doctor.
