File Transfer Tools
You can choose from three methods to upload a file to our FTP server:
Method 1: Web Upload
Method 2: FTP Software Client
If your file is less than 15 MB, you can upload your file through the form below. The system will automatically send an e-mail to our customer service department. All fields are required. Note: The web upload form is being updated and is currently unavailable. Please use method 2 or 3 below. To connect directly to our FTP server with your own software, paste the host address, user name and password below into your FTP client (such as Filezilla - Windows or Fetch - Mac). Please contact our customer service department after you have uploaded a file. Host: ftp.globalprinting.com Username: gp Password: gp Method 3: Web browser FTP Alternatively, you can use your Web browser's built-in FTP functionality to transfer files to us. File Compression
To shorten the transmission time of your upload, you can compress your file(s) into .zip format (Windows) or .sit format (Macintosh). Multiple files can be compressed into one. Then transmit just the compressed file to our FTP server. Please remember to add all the required fonts and images files that are used in your document to the compressed file.
